ABOUT NOIZEYXFLO

My Names David “Jay” Demarest otherwise known as “NoizeyxFlo”. I’ve had other weird DJ names but this one seemed to stick to my personality by always out-creating noize and LIVE`ING up the party; the “Flo” comes from where I’m originally from, “South Florida” where me and the boys who lived beachside were the Flo Boys. I started making Noize since 2011 outta my bedroom and house parties in a hidden town called Indialantic in Brevard County. Think South Cocoa Beach, pretty much where Diplo and Kelly Slater grew up. I was, and still am, a UKF Dubstep head and always loved the weird sounds but also love House music. My creative flow to jump around genres and create versatile mixes and grooves has always been my thing. Throwing around different genres is my shit and as always is my “Flo”.

In my earlier days between 2012-2016 (Which was a crazy era for EDM), I was a street team promoter for many popular clubs in Orlando Florida. I played pretty much weekly at this venue called “Firestone Live”, now called “The Vanguard” which had many talented, up-and-coming artists at the time like Boys Noize, Getter, Adventure Club, Modestep, Noisia, DJ Craze, MeauxGreen, Henry fong, Milo and Otis, Bonnie x Clyde, and Nitti Gritti. I had a chance to play support for these artists over the years when I was working with my college buddies from UCF. I eventually moved to Austin to expand my love to music in a new city and was starting over at the time because “Life”. lol.

ELEV8D Music was born after running a club for a couple years and using my knowledge of concert promoting and working closely with other promoters. I had a love of creating an experience for my friends and community in ATX for the years to come. Through hosting SXSW showcases in multiple venues on the historic 6th street for 3 years running before the pandemic hit, I brought huge names like Henry Fong, MeauxGreen, Getter, and others to the city with help with my friends, and shared the stage with many big names in Austin before getting serious about music production. I’ve had this past year to really buckle down on creating future bangers! My bigger accomplishments were opening for Getter and Adventure Club before they blew up around 2012-2013. In 2013, they played at our small club called “Bar 1” on Orange Ave in Orlando. It’s crazy to think now they’re touring internationally. I’m excited in just a few short months after moving to Denver, I’ve booked shows opening for Keys N Krates at Club Vinyl Denver, and I’m playing Global Dance Festival this year! Between living in 3 different states i’ve had the pleasure of playing in major metro cities like Miami, Orlando, Austin, and Denver! My Hustle continues and doesn’t stop till I’m touring major cities and climbing the ladder to the peak!
